I would wait a few more days (so not to harass the traders!) and then check out
www.antsmarching.org , they have a message board there where you can post and ask if anyone would be willing to do a B&P (blanks + postage) for you of that show. You could also check out
www.nancies.org and
www.etree.org . I would go to AM.org first because people are more friendly there. Etree.org is also usually people who don't do CDs, but do SHNs.
I started trading from the kids on AM.org and I'm up to like 20 shows currently. The kids on AM.org will also help out if you have any questions. Another good thing about B&P is people will usually ask if you'd like a few more shows too!
