I have a few that our chapter does regularly or has done before
I'm not sure the name of the 1st one. I'll just call it egg chicken dinosaur, thats what the girl that taught us the game called it. Anyway everyone starts out as an egg and you crouch down walk around really low to the ground like you are almost on your knees but not quite (i can't really explain it how it supposed to look like but anyway) and then you play paper rock scissors with the other eggs you stay an egg till you win. Once you win, you act like a chicken then you play paper rock scissors with the other chickens. The winner then becomes a dinosaur the loser goes back to being an egg. So then the dinosaur finds other dinosaurs to play paper rock scissors with. The winner of the dinosaur game becomes immortal and is out of the game. The loser goes back to being an egg (not a chicken) and you just keep playing like that until everyone wins or you only have one sister/brother still in. Thats an ice breaker
The next 2 games I know of are get to know you games.
The 1st of the get to know you games is what we call All my sisters
For this game, everybody sits in a huge circle and someone gets in the middle. The person in the middle says for example "all my sisters wearing (in my case ASA) XYZ letters" all the sisters wearing letters run to find a seat (its kinda like duck duck goose except instead of 2 people running you may have a much larger number and you don't ever have to go outside the circle) you can't move to the seat next to you though i usually run to a different side of the circle from where i'm sitting. Once everyone has stooped running and found their seat the last one standing gets inthe middle (like duck duck goose) and then that person says all my sisters____________ (that have blonde hair) or something then all those with blonde hair would get up and run and so on this game can end whenever everyone gets bored/tired of it.
The second get to know you game is where each sister/brother gets a slip of paper and writes a fact about themselves that no one would ever guess (these facts are sometimes serious and meant to be kept confidential) then each member draws a slip of paper that isn't theirs and try to guess who the fact is about. We are usually allowed 3 guesses and then the sister that wrote the fact reveals herself otherwise it could last forever. The game ends when everyone has read their fact that they drew and either guessed who it was or the writer of the fact reveals herself.
Another get to know you game would be the drinking game "I never". How we play it is without alcohol. Its kinda like all my sisters as well. We stand in a huge circle and the president reads off things like "I never skip class" "I never have ______ "
The I nevers get progressively personal however you don't have to reveal anything you don't want to in this or any other game I just described. I hope this has helped.
