It doesn't necessarily freak me out, just makes me laugh at the irony of life. It's for "Delaware Title Loans" or something with bad credit. The kicker is that the guy who is pushing this is MC Hammer!!! Because he went through that huge bankruptcy, it's so funny that this is what he chooses to do!!
