Everyone has listed most of my favorites already, but hopefully these will be some films that you may have forgotten.

Love Story - When Jennifer and Oliver get in a fight about the relationship between Oliver and his family and she storms out of the house. He searches everywhere for her, eventually finds her outside their house because she forgot her key and we learn that, "Love means never having to say your sorry."

Circle Of Friends - When Bennie is trying to explain to her parents that she doesn't want to marry "Bloody Shawn Walsh" and that she wants to live in Dublin during term time. I use this particular quote all the time, but it's a little long to post.

Pride and Prejudice - "You are the last man in the world whom I could every marry." The lines they throw back and forth at one another... cruel.

Dazed and Confused - I love this WHOLE movie. My friends and I quote it all the time.
I'm sure there are more, but those are the ones that I can think of off the top of my head.
