Oh boy, I beg to disagree
I could not stand Alex as the host of the show. I love Paige's enthusiasm, her apparent concern for the homeowners and the fact that she is willing to get in and get dirty. I never felt like Alex really enjoyed the host job, and has been quoted that she didn't like all the constant travel involved with the show. Toward toward the second half of season one it seemed to me that Alex was just going through the motions. She really didn't come across like she cared about the rooms or the homeowners.
I honestly didn't like too much in season two other than the hosting change. I'm such a dork, I still miss the sunset/sunrise graphic from the 1st season! LOL!
