I didn't have any "thoughts" on rehabilitation in that post. Once again, one of the aims of jail is rehabilitation regardless of whether you believe in rehabilitation or not.
Honestly, I'd argue with you on the three strikes thing if I had the time right now...saying they were punished rather than rehabilitated, but I won't

And I don't like statistics when I'm not actually given the stats...but to each their own.
