I'm a chapter founder. I was a member of a local sorority that went national... lots of hard work (esp. since we had 10 members and the other sororities had 90-100), but we pulled off a major fundraising event, rushed in an awesome fall new member class (growing to 22 total members), and were chartered within a year of becoming a colony. Signing that charter was sweet
