I probably had a little *too* much fun freshman year, as was evidenced by the 1.99 GPA I walked away from it with... hmm. So what did I learn?
*Don't force fun! If you feel like watching a movie and eating easy mac, don't force yourself to hit the frats, cause you won't have fun anyway. Having said that...
*You can retake a class, but you can never retake a party!
*Your best friends and worst enemies for life will be made on your freshman hall.
*There's always at least one girl who pledge undying love to her high school boyfriend and then wind up spending more time at frat parties than in class, doing things that "Don't count as cheating cause it's not in the same area code."
*Don't be that dorm couple that decideds to hook up in all of the hall showers, cause everyone will find out and be REALLY grossed out by it. (This is not from personal experience, mind you ;p)
*That "random" hook up will soon become the least random thing in the world, as that guy you only have a fuzzy recollection of and just want to forget will inevitably wind up sitting behind you in class. (This one IS from personal experience! uugh!)
*No one makes it to class in time, especially not in your cute strappy sandals.
*Take all advice you get with a grain of salt... and, if possible, a lemon and a shot of tequila
This is depressing me, I only have one year left! All you underclassmen, I hope you're enjoying your time! It goes fast
