Recruitment is an amazing time!
To all the nervous sisters: that feeling is a good one, it means that you love your chapter and want to make sure that all the pnms that walk through understand what a sisterhood you've found there. They can't know exactly what its like but if you take a deep breath and think about a great moment you've had in your house before each party, the enthusiasm will shine through.
To all the nervous pnms: the active sisters are so excited to show you what their chapter means to them so rest assured they have a lot of pressure on them as well. Don't fixate on every little aspect of your appearance. Instead really try to take in what each chapter is trying to tell you about themselves each night. If they do a skit about how involved they are on campus, ask them questions about it! Ask the sisters how being an ABC has changed them for the better--they'll be so glad to tell you.
