OKay well here's the deal, I'm not sure If we can get a Phi Sig Website for free. I mean we'll have to pay to keep it running. But in the mean time I have an Idea SapphireSphinx Knows what I'm gettin at.

There are websites out there that that offer every member a webpage, a guest book, and email for free. Some that I know of are:
