You guys have a lot of really cute ideas that I would like to implement into my chapter! I think that idea of giving family mascots is adorable, I never thought of it. Usually you just hear about family numbers. Our chapter last year tried to re-new the tradition of giving nicknames but it didn't quite take. I'm hoping that this year we can give it another try. We were trying to hand out nicknames on the day of their initiation though. We figured by that time we knew the girls well enough to give them a nickname. Do any other chapters use something other that a Big Sis/Litte Sis application for pairing up the two girls? Because lately we've had some bad luck anticipating who will work well together and who won't. Other than that...keep the MOC ideas comin'
