I was just wondering why is it that NPC Formal Rush takes place only
*once* a year (normally in autumn, when the new school year starts)?
Then, in the next school semester (January or so) there is an
Informal Rush? Why doesn't Panhel have a 2nd Formal Rush (for girls who are "eligible to Rush")? Is it because of the expense involved with Formal Rush or another reason?
Do any campuses out there at all have a 2nd Formal Rush?
Please let me know...I was wondering that today.
