Except that, G&Q, the chapter # may reflect something other than what was reported at bid matching. Surely you can see that?
And I've known chapters to report incorrect #s. Yes, it really does happen.
In deleting all your comments, this last few pages of this thread look really bizarre now. So I suppose we all need to delete? Otherwise it's like hearing only one side of a conversation.
I still didn't get an answer!!! I am thinking that the official #s should be what's reported via bid matching.
