We aren't actually an NPC school though. AST is the only house that is required to follow NPC guidelines, the local couldn't give a hoot. sorry i wasn't clear. there is a third group of women that want to bring a new national to campus. Will NPC actually come and look at us cause we will then be required to form NPC? i don't get how it works...
does this make sense?
