Well, Rho Chi society was founded in 1922... I am not sure when NPC started using the term Rho Chi for Recruitment Counselors.
Doesn't matter who used Rho Chi first... the society is the one that got it trademarked and copyrighted and all that good stuff... so legally Panhellenic had to change it...
