We had an NPC consulting team come in to oversee our recruitment. I guess the way the numbers were working out raised some suspicions about the recruitment practices at my school. I don't remember a lot about what they did (it was my first rush on the other side). With NPC overseeing recruitment, every sorority made quota or close to it, more pnms stayed in recruitment, and more women received bids. Hopefully NPC will determine that your campus needs to expand so that more women can have the opportunity to join a sorority.
