$13 per Man!!??
Sounds like a way of penalizing the successful houses to curry favor with the smaller ones. In reality, each man doesn't pay his own dues which the chapter then passes along to the IFC. The chapter pays, and then takes some loss on the deal. What in the world kind of benefits would a successful house get from IFC that would be worth $13/man? Why not have one standard fee per chapter and pressure the weaker ones to improve to the point where they can afford it?
