I'm graduating this May, and I'm applying for CDC. I already started writing my essay...hehe
I'm trying not to get my hopes up, though. Seems like most CDCs were chapter presidents, and I'm not. But, it can't hurt to apply. I think it would be such a great experience! Good luck with your app!
