For Kappa Delta I'm going to get letters of rec from my cousin and a different cousin's girlfriend (both were KD at their schools) even though that doesn't make me a legacy it's still good for them to see I have family in the organization. Recruitment doesn't work this way. It's been said and explained why to you, nicely, and more times than 1.
You can't just get recs to any chapter and think that means they'll scoop you right up. It's Ole Miss, EVERYONE has recs. Recs don't make you stand out, they're all but required in an SEC recruitment and having them doesn't make you special or unique.
Though since you're so gung-ho on KD, you might have a chance if your rec comes from Leigh Anne Tuohy
