Well, being that we are an U&C National Org., we do have the flexibility to shape the progression of our org and how we can better achieve our goals. It might be a good idea to have a "virtual suggestion box" to allow some people who would not ordinarily speak up the opportunity to do so. You could create a survey and circulate it to all of the sisters and see what they would like to see happen in the org. Also, after you have those suggestions you can break down into committees to ensure the work gets done in a timely and organized manner. Actually, that is some of the stuff we are working on now. **Feel free to PM me.
