The piggyback happens the day before Pref. (Think that's Entertainment Day.)
Glitter is on Pref night. So if you go to ABC & get glittered, you're marked like a dog marks a fire hydrant.
Is it known by the PNMs that they will get glittered at ABC?
Not sure what a PNM's reaction should be if you get glittered and really want the 2nd house you pref.
