I could be really off on this, but I was under the impression that if you are really interested in NPHC, it would NOT be in your best interest to go through NPC recruitment. I think you should check this out in another forum.
I admit, I know very little on this subject, but from what I gather, you feel a particular NPHC in your heart to the degree there could NEVER be any other interestfor you.
