I contacted my coworker's daughter for more information, and apparently she simply saw DD's name on a list of girls from our area going through recruitment, so that makes me feel better. If the list was school-specific, it could've been someone's assumption given the number of girls from our area who go to that university, or it may have been something like the alumnae Panhellenic list of all area girls rushing regardless of school; either way, I don't there's any cause for me to be concerned
