I'm the Advisor for UC Davis Theta Chapter...and we think the show is a HOOT!!
You have to realize that davis is a MAJOR COW town...it's a nice little community, where people get lost in Bike Circles.
We thought MTV was CRAZY for chosing such a nothing campus for sorority life, and to pick a small, jewish sorority that really couldn't show what it means to be a National Greek. There are lots o fields, cows, engineers and doctors around...so how crazy can Davis be? It's interesting how they try to make the sorority into this big party pot, but it really isn't!
It's entertainment, I must say! We told our girls to be careful, not wear letters where the cameras might be around, and to be respectful.
