They need something more concrete than "being disrespectful. " That being said, if they've gone so far as to bring you up for termination, you might think about whether you actually want to stay there. If you have questions as to whether the process is being handled properly, contact the standards advisor for your chapter. If you don't have one and/or if the main chapter advisor is not an alumna, contact national headquarters.
