Just answering what I know of - hopefully a different point of view than what's already been expressed on here!
- Have you attended a presentation as a "general member" (i.e. not a part of national staff or the presentation committee) before?
Yes!

I was lucky enough to be one of the members able to attend a presentation as a collegian. (For any sisters who remember it, it was when ADPi was presenting at Northern Kentucky University!) It was a ridiculously fascinating experience - we were able to read through all of the materials and watch the presentation as if we were new members again on Bid Day. I do wish we'd been able to interact more with the Panhellenic officers and answer any of their questions - they had 2 other collegians from 2 different chapters present some info about their chapter life & general activities, but there wasn't really a Q&A time.
- How is the presentation and/or expansion information received (social media, email, etc.)
We were reached out to via email, through our chapter president. (Looking back at the email, I think a couple of local alumni were cc'ed as well + our chapter advisor.) Also, we were asked to send about 10 people total.
- Does your sorority inform you (i.e. "general members") of presentations or do you only find out about expansion efforts once your sorority has been invited to colonize? (ignoring what you learn here on Greekchat)
General members & most alumni seem to find out about colonization efforts via social media after we get the invitation to colonize. (I've not been in an area where ADPi is looking to colonize as an alum, so no idea on alumni outreach as of yet!)
