I dropped out of formal rush after day one. We had 13 chapters on campus, and that day just wore me out. AXiD was #13. By the time I got there, I had already made up my mind that sorority life was not for me. I didn't give it much of a chance, but I did have a nice time chatting with my soon-to-be sister
A week (month? I don't remember) later, they called me to invite me to COB. I went back and had a great time! I was so surprised (and so happy) to see that my Rho Chi from formal rush was an AXiD, as were a few of my friends from the dorms (this I knew). But even the girls I hadn't met before were awesome. We watched Friends and had pizza, and I knew that was the place for me.
I didn't attend COB events at any other chapters.
