I'm not sure those are the same exact things. In the OP's photo, they look baggy around the sleeves and it seems like it is supposed to look layered. In the picture you added, there is another color around the sleeves and the neck. I know it seems like a few of the organizations, to include mine, have jerseys like that. OP, could you potentially contact your GLO's chapter at one of those universities, assuming your GLO is represented at Ole Miss or Bama, to see?
