Complete coverage, one Social over another...
Does anyone have any suggestions in figuring out whether there is any pairs of NPC/NIC/NPHC organizations(A & B) where *every* school where A has an active chapter, that B has one as well? I figure my best chance is to look at one of the smaller NIC fraternities (either Tau Epsilon Phi or one of the smaller new ones). and then compare to Sigma Alpha Epsilon)
Any other ideas?
