Yeah, NHC redecorated the downstairs living, dining, and formal rooms and recarpeted in the summer of 1999. I pledged in the fall of 1999, so I never saw what it looked like before, but from what older sisters told me, the redecoration was really needed. That is probably one of the reasons it's been hard to get our kitchen and bathroom redone (which need it soooo bad - our showers look like prison cells or something!!
) So we are glad the renovations are getting done and that they are being paid for by the great state of South Carolina. But I swear, the people who work at the College of Charleston sometimes are so dumb! The residence life people drive me bonkers!!!
I just really hope it's done by the first round of recruitment parties. Y'all keep your fingers crossed for Eta Lambda!!
