This is going to be one of those "it depends" things.
Examples:
XYZ might have taken some last year, but find themselves "upperclassman heavy" this year. So they might not be looking to take as many.
ABC might only be taking like 35 girls total this year. They are not going to take a ton of freshmen because they are limited in openings to begin with and want women who will be part of the chapter for 4 years.
DEF might have leeway to take a larger class due to graduation and such, so they may take a handful.
You never know.
I would like to think that you'd be released earlier rather than later from any chapter who is for sure not interested in sophomores. However, we can't say that for sure.
