We had a similar situation this past year. We have houses, but we had a few extra rooms. Our university has a BIG housing shortage, so we offered them to incoming freshman. It wasn,t bad at all. We introduced our self and said hi. So dont worry...once school and recruitment start your are gonna be really busy. So i wouldnt worry
