Why don't u just wear both? Or u can alternate. I'm sure your friends and big would understand. But if it really gets to be a tough call. Don't wear any of them and just save them as memrobelia(?) yeah anyways... I hope that helps..
But if I were you I'd just wear both.

Get a paddle bracelet and chain to match using the paddles as charms. Be creative.
