While I don't recommend taking newborns to record studios, all I can say is that after you give bith, you do get cabin fever. I can remember my daughter (who is a December baby) being a couple of weeks old. My husband came home from work one day, and said he needed to run up to the post office. You should have seen me begging him to wait for me to get dressed. Whenever I think about that, I laugh. Never in life has going to the post office sounded like such an exciting trip as it did that day. [/B]

Me too!!! my daughter was about two weeks old and I was begging my mother to take me with her to Burger King!!1I almost cried when she said "girl stay here I'll be right back!!"
I remember sneaking out (at 29 years old) while my hubby was at work and my mother was at her house. It was March and was just warm enough--so I drove around the neighborhood (never got out)--I felt liberated
