I think I work better with male administrators. My current principal is female and tough. She wrecked shop last year (her first year with us) She seems to like my teaching style--but if you are on her bad side she makes sure you won't be back the next year.
Some of my co-workers have been teaching 20+ years (at this same school) and several of them called it quits after one year with her!!!!
