The rush ideas thread...more specifically SigAlGal's post about big sis revealing got me thinking. How does your chapter pair up new members with actives for big sis/lil sis? The Zeta chapter basically lets the active pick which MC they want to be their lil sis. The MC really has no say in which active they would like to see as their big sis. Normally I wouldn't be against that but lately it seems that some of the pairings aren't working out. The big sis is usually the one who doesn't hold up her end of the bargain. Does anyone have a suggesion on how to better improve the matching? I was thinking about offering my assistance to the 2nd v-p who matches the girls up since I'm the rush chair and I really get to know the MCs during rush. Does anyone think this a good idea? If so...how should I approach the 2nd v-p about this?
