If there's a sorority out there that doesn't allow a vote by the chapter (i.e. a transfer student is automatically allowed to affiliate), then you'd be comparing apples and oranges.
I'd hope there's no GLO out there that allows the chapter to decide and if they turn you down, you have to turn in your letters.
