Ideas for Standards Election
Hey, so I'm running for Standard Chair of my sorority, and am looking for some new ideas to add to my speech. We just added a point system this semester, and I want to help give people incentives through the system so that they don't only do the minimum. Also, really any ideas from former or current standards chairwomen would be helpful! Thank you!
