Dropping out is when you decide to drop out of Rush (for whatever reason). After pref parties you have to rank your sororities (usually you go to two). Suicide is when you decide to only write down your top choice. Quota is the number of rushees each sorority is allowed. This is usually set after 2nd or 3rd round (I can't remember). For example say there are 100 rushees after 3rd round and 5 sororities then quota would be 20
