I agree. If rushees are asking about alcohol and think you're boring 'cause you don't drink, maybe they're not right for AXD. Let someone else have the "lushes."
That doesn't mean of course that anyone who drinks at all is a lush, but if they truly believe you can't have a good time without drinking, they shouldn't be in AXD letters. If all they're joing a GLO for is the alcohol, they can do that at the fraternities for free!
But for the average girl, who may drink but isn't hung up on it, reassure her that AXD's can drink - just in appropriate settings. "Being dry doesn't mean we are opposed to drinking. We just think it means it's up to the individual member whether she drinks." Not drinking in letters isn't a big deal - I mean, jeepers, just change your shirt!
Really, talking about alcohol during rush is a no-no, but if the rushee brings it up, realistically you have to address their question.
If you get this question from rushees who have seen you around campus for a while, perhaps the answer is for your sisters to be more visible at social events. If PNMs are seeing you at parties and campus hangouts, they'll figure out you're social. Even without letters, they'll figure out who you are if you're always hanging together.
