Being banned rather than blocked doesn't really serve that much purpose. It's so easy to get another UN, LOL. Some sites if you get kicked off, you get blocked from the site, LOL. The only purpose banning serves that I can think of, is that you can't go back and delete the posts yourself if you regret what you posted.
