fraternity in the fall of 2015, I'll answer your questions.
What do the top
fraternities on a campus look for? It depends on the campus. It's going to be a combination of personality, grades, and prior activities; but, usually the personality factor will be one of the biggest decision makers in a
fraternity.
Do fraternities
discriminate against minorities? Yes, in the 21st Century some groups still are reluctanct to bid other ethnicities; some have no issue with it.
Generally, your physical size will not matter to most chapters. Again, it's the personality factor that is usually more important. I won't say that attractiveness doesn't play a role in a guy getting a bid. It can.
