I think so, just never as pants (that goes for any age). My mom is in her 60's and wears leggings with tunics to wear them in fall.

Depending on how traditional your work environment is I'd either wear it with a crisp white shirt and a colorful necklace, or a colorful blouse for a more relaxed style (as in, not cotton but more flowy material and in one striking color like eggplant or yellow).
I'd wear the nude shoes, not everything has to match in my opinion. But if you want them to match a bit try some jewelry in the same tones?
