I'm not sure - that's why I put "NO?" with a question mark.
For CSUN, I had to go to their chapter websites to check and none of them seemed to outright show a picture of their house or make reference to "house tours" or anything. Some photos appeared to be inside houses; but, were non-descript and could have been homes of alumnae.
ETA: I just found a YouTube video for Tri Delta at CSUN where they clearly show a house with Tri Delta letters on the front of the house. An AOII video doesn't show a house; but, the video does show shots of a room with a composite on the wall. So, if those two have houses, then that means that there are probably others. I changed CSUN to "YES".
