HEY! I'm so glad to see other people lovin' PHI KAPPA THETA because they are my absolute all time favorite fraternity! They joke about charging me rent, but really... I don't live there, I'm just engaged to one of them
But seriously, they have the best parties and are always doing something cool!
As for another fraternity around here that I really like... well, that is sort of a tough call because I don't really get "excited" about going to events for them. Actually, wait--I haven't heard anybody get excited about ALPHA PHI ALPHA yet--but they are just DAMN COOL here and I love going to their events like step shows and stuff--absolutely ALWAYS a good time!
As for sororities, the only two here besides the ever-so-awesome Chi Omega are Kappa Delta and Zeta Tau Alpha, but they are good groups of gals so that's not a problem to say they're my other favorites
