At UF there is a large number of rushees 1200ish and 16chapters in formal recruitment. In the first round, 100 or so drop and as people are asked back (or not asked back)the number of rushees lowers. In the end, there are about 950 rushees who get bids. However, some get the 'wrong' bid (like me
). For the most part, if you choose to stay in, you'll get a bid, only you may not get your first choice.
