Most likely the brokerages pay for the campaigns of certain politicians in your state... So you end up with laws like this. Write your newspaper -- or call a TV Station with your problem. If your market is anything like mine (and it's damned hard to find stories here right now) they'll snatch that up in a heartbeat. I would.
