It would be kind of cool if we knew that going to pref and maximizing totally guaranteed a bid, but I didn't realize we were there for all campuses with RFM these days. I though you could still get dropped at UGA, for instance, depending on whom you preffed and what quota was.

Yes, quota is not determined until all MRABAs are submitted so it is based only on the number of women still in recruitment at that point. And
IF a woman has maximized her options, she will get a bid. Now, some don't like the bid they get and so will say they were dropped or dropped out but if she signed a bid card
AND maximized her options, she has
A bid.
Well, bless her heart, except for the outlier who bombs her own recruitment or for whom "untoward" information is received between pref and submittal of bid list.
