Hey everyone! My name is Zach, I live in Minnesota, and I just became Pledge Master and Rush chairman for my local fraternity, Omega Phi! I'll post elsewhere as well, but any tips that you guys can share from your pledge/rush experience and ideas for future activities and events would be greatly appreciated. My pledge master left in a hurry and I wanted the job, but don't really know where to start beyond our old traditions. My brothers feel the same in that we want to change things up, so any and all advice is appreciated!
