The goal of existing programs
(some of us are involved in our communities---apparently Kevin can't say the same) is to change the structure of poverty and address larger societal issues. Such as people in
every social class who are financially, emotionally, and mentally under- or unprepared for parenthood.
No one is doing
anyone a favor by having children.
